I want women to aspire to be strong rather than simply skinny.
Fitness isn't about chasing a number on the scale. It's about understanding your body, learning how to train it, nourishing it properly, and creating sustainable habits that make you feel your best.
A vision to empower women
I opened Flex Studio in Pakistan with a vision to promote health, wellness, and strength training among women, while also challenging some of the ideas and misconceptions I've seen surrounding women's fitness and body image.
Coming from Pakistan, I've noticed that women's fitness is still developing, and the image of what a “fit” woman looks like can often be very narrow. We tend to see extremely lean or slim bodies being presented as the ideal, and naturally, women begin to believe that this is what they should aspire to.
“I want to offer a different perspective.”

Weight loss vs. fat loss
One of the biggest things I want to change is the way we look at weight loss versus fat loss. In my experience, women are often made to believe that being smaller or skinnier automatically means being healthier. I want women to know that you don't have to constantly fight for weight loss or strive to be extremely lean to look and feel good in your body.
Curves are healthy
You can have curves and still be fit, strong and healthy.
Muscle matters
Building muscle improves metabolism, strength and shape.
Balance wins
A healthy amount of body fat supports hormones & energy.
You can have curves. You can have muscle.
You can have a healthy amount of body fat.
You can have beautiful proportions and still be strong, fit, and healthy.
A different perspective
I want women to aspire to be strong rather than simply skinny. To focus on building muscle, improving their body composition, feeling energetic, and becoming comfortable and confident in their own bodies.
- Build muscle, not just burn calories
- Improve body composition
- Feel energetic every day
- Become confident in your own body
My philosophy
For me, fitness isn't about chasing a number on the scale.
It's about understanding your body, learning how to train it, nourishing it properly, and creating sustainable habits that make you feel your best.
01
Understand
Learn how your body works
02
Train
Strength training with purpose
03
Nourish
Sustainable, balanced nutrition
Why I created Flex Studio
That's ultimately why I created Flex Studio.
I wanted to create a space where women could feel safe, comfortable, supported, and genuinely good about themselves throughout their transformation. A space where they could work towards physical goals without developing an unhealthy relationship with food, exercise, or their bodies.
Safe
Comfortable
Supported
Empowered
More than physical
Because I don't believe transformation is only physical.
A huge part of my work is helping women change the mindset behind their fitness journey — learning to nourish rather than restrict, train rather than punish, and embrace their bodies while still working towards becoming stronger and healthier.
Restrict
Nourish
Food as fuel, not fear
Punish
Train
Movement as strength
Shrink
Embrace
Confidence at every stage
My goal is to help women build a body they feel proud of, but more importantly, build a relationship with that body that lasts.
My promise to you
Strong. Healthy.
Confident.
And unapologetically you.
